Policy of Quality Warranty 


Considering customers’benefit and to provide excellent after-sales service, we draw up a policy of limited quality warranty as below:


1) Warranty

Yaorong hereby warrants, to the original purchaser,Yaorong products to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty shall be valid only if the product is purchased within People’s Republic of China. It is the owner’s responsibility to establish the date and place of purchase by acceptable evidence, at the time service is sought.

2) Warranty Verification

This warranty is void if the date label has been altered or removed; If the product is modified in any manner which Yaorong concludes, after inspection, affects the reliability of the product; If the product has been repaired or serviced by anyone other than the Yaorong factory unless prior written authorization was issued to purchaser by Yaorong; If the product is damaged because of not properly maintenance as set forth in the instruction manual or other factors included but not limited to: improper wiring and installation, transportation accident, disaster, bad storage; QC Dept. of Yaorong has the finial explanation right to verify whether the product should be guaranteed.

4) Products Repair

4-1During the warranty period, the service ways are provided as below:
4-1-1 The product should be only sent to the Yaorong factory. All shipping charges must be pre-paid. If the requestedrepairs or service (including parts replacement) are within the terms of this warranty,Yaorong will pay return shipping charges. If the entire instrument is sent, it must be shipped in its original package.
4-1-2 The free replacement part can be offered to customers including the freight cost, if the customers are capable of repairing the products by themselves.
4-1-3 If any accessories are shipped with the products,Yaorong shall have no liability whatsoever for loss of or damage to any such accessories, nor for the safe return thereof.
4-2 If the damaged products beyond the warranty period or not caused by the quality, we can also accept to repair the products, but the cost of replaced part and freight should be paid by customers, and shipment after payment. If the products are too damaged to be repaired after our engineer inspect, we would send them back to the customers. If the customers would like to replace the same type and others, another solution need to negotiate.

5) Time of Repairing

Depending on the quantity of products, it takes about 10-20 days to finish the reparation (Except in special circumstances).

6) Conditions of Products Return and Free Replacement

6-1 When the following situations happen, the customer may return or replace the goods. The customer should inform return products after receiving the products in one week.
6-1-1 Due to manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
6-1-2 Due to neglect to deliver (whether caused by factory or carriers) the mistaken models or products.
6-1-3. Salesman fails to provide the correct products according to the customer requirements or demand (the signed PI from the customer is the final confirmation)
6-2 The following situations will be out of the policy of goods return and free replacement.
6-2-1 The product is damaged because of not properly maintenance as set forth in the instruction manual or misuse, improper installation,etc.. SHENZHEN YAORONG TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD 
6-2-2 Customers don’t complain any quality problem when receiving product, but claim the non-implied malfunction after that.
6-2-3 After products have been used in over a week, the customer inform that the wrong model is ordered, but the product itself has no quality defects Other situations are to be performed in accordance with the warranty terms. Beyond the warranty terms,products would be charged to repair.


7)shenzhen Yaorong reserves the right to make changes in design and/or improvements upon its products without any

obligation and notification to include these changes in any products theretofore manufactured.
